M. C. Lowe is the author of the fiction book Shame By Proxy, the first of the Proxy trilogy. Her second book in the trilogy is, Dream By Proxy. Born in Southern Indiana, she now lives near Boston. The violence she witnessed in her world and her philosophical, consciousness and psychological study of the subject inspired her to write this story,Shame By Proxy. She enjoys hikes with her dog, Psyman, for inspiration.
